Natick Summary
Natick is a great place to buy a home and raise a family. Natick’s town center boasts many family friendly activities on its wide open town green. The downtown has several blocks of local restaurants, shops, and needed services. Close access to Boston and an excellent school system make Natick a very desirable choice for the real estate buyer. Natick is defined by the diverse options of real estate choices including condos, small village colonials, new development, and luxury homes. Pride in Natick shows in the recently redeveloped downtown area with brand new fire station, and town buildings both architecturally designed to resemble turn of the century brick construction. For those looking for a more bucolic lifestyle, Natick offers “South Natick”, a small village along route 16 that boast larger homes and an ideal commuting location into Boston routes that role through former farm lands.
