Charney Real Estate specializes in servicing the needs of buyers.  We are buyers agents, here to represent you!   Here's the great part:  There is never a contract or an agreement to sign.   Why no agreement?  We just don't believe you should be locked into anything!  Buying a home has enough contracts to sign, mortgages to find and enough hoops.  Having a buyers agent contract should not be another hoop to jump through.  

Does this service cost anything?  There is absolutely zero cost for the services we perform on behalf of buyers.  Free.  100% value add to you and your search to find a new home.  How is this possible?  All fees in a real estate transaction are paid by the seller.  All agents who participate in the Multiple Listing Service agree to split fees as part of this collective arrangement.   We are paid by the seller, not the buyer. 

Why should I work with a buyer's agent, and Charney Real Estate?  You need representation when buying a property!  Never buy real estate without representation!  The seller of a home has an agent, shouldn't you?  The seller's agent has sole fiduciary responsibility (bound by law) to represent the seller.  Without a buyer's agent you are on your own.  A great buyers agent negotiates on your behalf and only represents the buyer - you!
